How can I place an order online?
Purchasing on the elite2013.com website is simple and fast.
Browse the site (or do a search) to find the products you want.
Select size and color and then click “Add to Cart”. Repeat the operation for all the products you want to purchase.
Access the cart to check the total amount, change your selection, use any promotional codes. Then click on “Go to checkout” to proceed.
Choose whether to place your order as a registered user or as a guest
Choose the shipping method (express courier or in-store delivery) and payment method (credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery). At this stage you can use a discount code if you have one.
Complete the order.
In a few days your package will be delivered to the chosen address.
Can I manage the contents of the cart?
Yes. Inside the cart you can:
Change the size, color and quantity of each product, add it to the wishlist or delete it;
Enter a code to take advantage of a discount or promotion;
Check the total amount of your order before proceeding and completing the purchase.

Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at support@elite2013.com if there is a problem with your order. Please check the spam or junk folder of your inbox before contacting in case your order confirmation has been diverted there.
One of the items I ordered did not arrive. What should I do?
Contact support, we will be happy to help you resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Can I get a refund if the price of an item has changed since I ordered it?
No, unfortunately in this case you cannot obtain a refund, the price is subject to variations for various reasons.
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short period of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us immediately the order, via support@elite2013.com , be able to come after processing to cancel the order before it is processed. If not, we will ship your order and then you can return it to us if you wish after receiving.
Can my order be gift-wrapped?
Yes, your order can be shipped already packaged by us in the gift package or we will send you the kit to package it independently.
In any case, send an email or message to support requesting the option.
Will sold out sizes be available again?
Some items are restocked, others will not be available again once sold out. If an item is out of stock, contact us for more information on a specific item.
Are the store and e-commerce prices the same?
Yes, you will always find the same prices in the store and on our website. Occasionally, you may find special last-minute promotions in our store.
Why was my order cancelled?
An online order can be canceled for various reasons. For example: the products are out of stock, the payment was not successful or not accepted, the delivery address is invalid or is not served by our express courier.
Please note: in case of canceled orders there will be no charge. If your order (or part of it) is cancelled, the price of the products that will not be shipped will be released in case of payment by credit card or refunded in case of payment with PayPal.
Why can't I find my order in my order history?
Perhaps you completed the order without having logged in to your personal online profile (Account).
In any case you can still check the status of the order by accessing the "Follow your order" page and entering the order number and email address or billing postcode.
I have a discount code, how to apply it?
If you have a discount code you can apply it directly in the cart during the checkout process.
