What shipping methods are available?

Estimated delivery times refer to orders placed before 10.30am, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after this time may take an extra working day to arrive at their destination. The same thing applies to national holidays.
Please note : this is a general indication, as delivery times vary from country to country.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped via express shipping service.
Typically the preparation and shipping of your order takes 1 to 2 working days, while delivery by the courier may vary depending on the destination:
Italy (including San Marino and Vatican City): 1 to 3 working days; World Zone 1 (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia , Spain, Sweden, Hungary): from 1 to 5 working days; Rest of the world: times vary depending on the destination, customs procedures in force, etc.

Do you ship internationally?
Product shipments are made all over the world. For foreign countries, shipping costs are to be agreed and any customs duties are always borne by the buyer.

Our deliveries are entrusted to MBE, which carefully chooses the most suitable couriers for the shipment.

Can I receive the items purchased at an address other than mine?
Yes, we invite you to check that the shipping address is correct: it is not possible to change it once the order has been completed, unless by contacting support, if the order has not already been processed.
If I wasn't present on the day of delivery, can I book a new courier ride?
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays), during normal office hours (9:00 - 19:00). In case of your absence at the time of delivery, the express courier will leave a notice of passage with instructions for requesting a second passage.
After this time, (in the event of a failed request for passage or a second unsuccessful delivery attempt) the package will be available for free collection at the relevant Post Office. The storage period at the competent Post Office is 10 working days, including Saturdays, starting from the first working day following the date of arrival of the shipment at the office.
After this period, the package will return to our warehouse and the order will be cancelled.
