Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery using our pre-paid return labels provided by us by contacting support@elite2013.com
Please note that all items must be returned unused, with authentic tags and in the original packaging. If the returned goods are not in resalable condition, we do not accept your return. Any promotional or complementary gifts received with your purchase must also be returned. Your right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specification, or which have been clearly personalised, or which by their nature cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or where sealed goods have been supplied which are unsuitable to return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have opened after delivery.
Where is my refund?
We aim to process refunds within three days of returning an item. Please note, however, that it may take several days for your bank to process the payment to your account. That said, please wait up to ten business days after you send us the item before contacting us for a refund. We will contact you via email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
I received a wrong item. What should I do?

Can I return my item?
You can absolutely return your item to us within 14 days of receipt, as long as it is intact, unused and contained in its original packaging.
How long does it take to return an item?
This depends on the carrier or shipping method you chose when returning the item. Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email. We aim to process refunds within three days of receiving the item into our warehouse, but it may take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund to your account or card.
